Today my dear friend, Amy Scher, published her first novel, The Unexpected Afterlife of Salon Rose. I’m so excited I got the chance to make her custom cupcakes for her book launch tonight in NYC.
My friends are my family and I will make the time, even when I’m short on time to do something special for them. Pouring love into our friendships, we get back so much more than we give.
The community we build carries us through difficulties, shares in our celebrations, and makes life better in every way. It’s the resource and gift that keeps on giving. It’s worthy of our time and attention.
I don’t know where I’d be without my friends, and I’m grateful I’ll never have to know.
